*yawn*

you are reading the ramblings of a person who got less than 4 hours of sleep. me, an unemployed bum who, really, has nothing better to do than to go to safeway to buy kikay stuff.

you know why i slept so late, when i don't even have work to do? because aside from the fact that i had coffee at 11PM (i don't know why, when i don't even HAVE to stay up late.) i have discovered the exciting world of eBay. do you know that you can get a 5megapixel camera for only 200 bux there, plus shipping? well fine, being an auction, it could be a little more, but considering the retail value is 300 and up, that's not bad. this is my new addiction. online shopping. tax kasi eh, ang mahal. there are so many things i wanna buy, but so little time to buy it!

aha!, you may say. (or whatever.) but where-oh-where will i get the money? me, someone who's been unemployed for the past (almost) 5 months?

well i've got news for you. and this is no joke, as in, talagang totoo na 'to. in a few hours i will be employed. why? because in a few hours, i will sign the offer letter of Leadclick Media, Inc. with all it's legal thingies and fax it back to their office, which will ultimately lead to my employment starting august 17.

yahoo!!! after months of searching. after good-but-not-good-enough job offers. i am a soon-to-be assistant web developer/trafficker (or something). o diba, napaka-comtech nang dating. but that's not the best part. it's in the city! with all the tall buildings! and the BART! i am so in love with san francisco, and my job location, it's like a dream come true. i can't wait to take pix, because you gotta see how beautiful it is. i'm so happy. i'm so blessed. ;p

and i'm suuuper excited. the people i've met (so far, during the interviews) are really nice, and it's a mix of asians and caucasians and all that. i totally can't wait to start! wednesday cannot come soon enough.

the downside however, is the fact that as an employed person, there are so much things to think about! insurance, taxes, bank accounts, credit cards, blah blah blah. and soon enough, i'll be getting a car and with all the available cars nowadays, it's so hard to pick the best deal. (i won't be getting anything brand new though, maybe after a while.) right now, i'm looking at this '98 eclipse... it's gorgeous, it's used but it looks brand new, and the price isn't bad (presyong kapatid!) but it's manual!!! manual...! but we'll see. as for now, i'm just looking around, and when the time is right, you will see me zooming away in my own car. i may have no money left, but i WILL have my own car.

it's funny, two weeks ago i was telling a friend that i absolutely had to have a job in 2 weeks. i told my dad i'd have a job in two weeks. i believed in it so much that voïla, i do have a job now! where there's a will, there *truly truly truly* is a way.

an hour left til the eBay listing ends. wish me luck. i hope i get it! ;p
